Network Conference 2008 is
a face to face event at
Jupiters in Townsville,
Australia.
To extend the confeence's
reach, the organizing committee
is encouraging participation
from those that cannot travel
to Townsville.
No more abstracts or requests
for presentations are being
accepted.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
If you are reading this then you have met the minimum requirements to participate in the webconference.
To watch the live video webcast of the conference you will need the free Real Player from http://www.realnetworks.com/info/freeplayer and speakers or headphones connected to your computer. The webcast will be suitable for those that use a dial up modem at 28 to 56 kps as well as those on a faster DSL, cable or other high speed internet connection (150 kps).
If you are an offsite presenter
at the IPMEN Conference '08
you will be using Marratech
web-based video conferencing
software for your presentation.
You will need to be running
the free client software that
is available for Windows, Mac
and Linux operating systems.
It is a download from http://www.marratech.com/download.
It is also necessary to use
a webcam, a digital headset
with microphone, and at least
a 256 kps Internet connection
with this Marratech system.

1. You need a user id and password for the College of Exploration Online Campus. If you have one from previous events then just log in above, that will register you on the College of Exploration system.
If you are new to the College of Exploration Online Campus please register and obtain a new user id and password here
You must also register
for the conference and
pay a participation fee
if you wish to join in

2. To participate during the three days of the event please register for the webconference
If you have attended a workshop
or course or other program
on the College of Exploration
campus your userid and password
will enable you to log in
once you have registered
for the IPMEN Conference
2008 above.
If you are registered and have paid the fee, then you will be able to ask questions online of presenters at the conference.
